The individuals here at Sandco Industries are given a variety of choices and opportunities that encourages them to enhance their overall job performance and the ability to improve on-the-job work skills. Our vocational habilitation program teaches and reinforces habilitation concepts related to work, which include, responsibility, attendance, task completion, problem solving, social interaction, motor skill development, and safety.

Individuals consistently achieve a positive outcome through their high-level quality of work, independence, enthusiasm and participation. Through our person-centered planning process each individual identifies a specific outcome to work toward, while attending Sandco.
